A typical one bedroom unit has some 987sf of living area, which includes the master bedroom with walkin closet(12' x 15'); a living room with dinning area and fireplace; a den/office (8' x 10'); full bath, kitchen (8' x10'), and a washer/dryer alcove. Each unit also has a patio and private entrance.
The two bedrooms unit are over 1,514 square feet, with 2 full baths, a den (9' X 10'); a master bedroom with oversized bath and walkin closet (12' X 15"). As with all of the condo units, the 2-BR unit has a fireplace, large patio area, and spacious kitchen.
The three bedroom unit has over 1,700 square feet in living space, with two full baths. Each of the bedrooms have direct access and exposure to the patio.
The veterans townhomes are designed for comfort and suitability unique to the special circumstances of homeless and disabled veterans. There are one and two bedroom units with 900sf to 1200sf living spaces. Twenty-five percent of the 166 townhomes will be two bedroom units, and the other 75% are one-bedroom accommodations.
